1) Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide: name, username, email address; customer support messages; optional content you submit for generation (text descriptions and photos you choose to upload).
- Information collected automatically: device information (model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, identifiers as allowed by device settings), usage statistics, performance metrics, crash logs, and diagnostics.
- Location (with permission): approximate or precise location depending on the permission you grant and your device settings.
- Cookies and similar technologies (where applicable): used for login and preferences and may include web beacons or similar tools.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (including account creation and login).
- Personalize your experience (such as saving preferences).
- Improve and develop the Service (debugging, analytics, performance).

3) AI Generation & Content Processing
WeVibe transforms your text descriptions into AI-generated travel-style images and may allow you to upload photos for generation or editing, depending on features available in your region and version of the app.
- Your text and any photos you upload are processed on our own servers to generate the requested result.
- We do not share your uploaded text or photos with any third party for AI processing.
- We do not use your uploaded text or photos to train models or for marketing.
- After processing is completed, uploaded text/photos used for generation are deleted immediately from our processing systems, except where temporary retention is required for reliability, security, or legal compliance.
- You control whether to upload content and whether to generate content.
Generated images may be saved locally on your device by default, depending on your device and settings.
4) Photos, Face Data & Biometrics
- We do not perform facial recognition.
- We do not collect or use biometric identifiers or biometric information.
- If you upload a photo that may contain faces, it is used only to provide the requested generation result and is deleted as described above.
5) Sharing & Cross-Border Transfers
We share information only on a minimum-necessary basis in these circumstances:
- With your consent: when you direct us to share or otherwise consent.
- With service providers (processors): trusted vendors that help operate the Service (for example: hosting, security monitoring, analytics, customer support tooling) under contractual obligations.
- For legal reasons: when required by law or legal process.
- To protect rights and safety: to prevent fraud, address security incidents, or protect users and the Service.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
6) Data Retention
- Account information: retained while your account is active.
- Account deletion: after deletion (or a deletion request), we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days unless we must keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months (generally aggregated or de-identified where feasible).
- Customer support: retained for up to 6 months.
- AI inputs (uploaded text/photos): deleted immediately after processing as described above.
7) Security
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege principles.
- Regular security reviews and auditing practices.
- Backups and disaster recovery measures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8) Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction/objection, and withdrawing consent.

9) Children (17+)
The Service is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date when changes become effective. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
